| Pilgaonkar played in a handful of television series; The most popular are Tu Main Hand, Sasural Genda Phool, Radhaa Ki Betiyaan Kuch Kar Dikhayengi, Kuch Rank Pyar Ke Aise Bhi and Kadvee Khattee Meethi. You're Main Hand was a comical look at the differences and affection between a stepmother and her stepdaughter. Pilgaonkar played the daughter-in-law. In her suite Kadvee Khattee Meethi, she had a new role to play as a stepmother. In 2011, she participated in the comedy show Ka Maha Muqabala as a participant.
