| Madhuurima Banerjee, popularly known as Madhuurima or Nyra Banerjee, is an Indian film actress and assistant director. Following appearances in various soap operas, she made her film debut in Priyadarshan's comedy film Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal, which enjoyed moderate success, and later starred in several successful Telugu films. In 2016, she changed her name to Nyra Banerjee and was credited with this name in the movie One Night Stand.She also helped director Tony D'Souza for her film Azhar. |

Career
Madhuurima was born and raised in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Madhuurima's father is a mechanical engineer who served in the Indian Navy, before starting to work as the general manager of India's largest private shipyard.Her mother worked as a virology researcher and content writer for multinational companies and later became a novelist. Madhurima has a brother who is four years younger for her. She completed her Bachelor of Laws with a Bachelor of Law degree from Gandhi University College of Law Mumbai. Madhuurima debuted with a friendly appearance / appearance in Toss: A Flip of Destiny (2009). The same year, she appeared in her first Telugu movie. She then starred in three Telugu projects over the next year, including the lead female role in Vamsy's Saradaga Kasepu and a cameo role in Orange, led by Bhaskar.
