|Veena Malik is a Pakistani actress, television host, reality TV personality and model, who appeared in the Lollywood and Bollywood films . Malik made his film debut in 2000 with Sajjad Gul's Tere Pyar Mein. In 2002, she performed in Akbar Khan's Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa and Sassi Punno, and in female films such as Koi Tujh Sa Kahan (2005), Mohabbatan Sachiyan (2007), Kyun Tum Se Itna Pyar Hai (2005) . Kabah Pyar Na Karna (2008) and Ishq Be Parwah (2008). In 2012, she was seen in Bollywood with a comedy Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai. The following year, she appeared in the dramatic Zindagi 50-50, Supermodel and Kannada's Dirty Picture film: Silk Sakkath Maga which was a box office hit. She also appeared in 2014 in the horror film Mumbai 125 KM 3D. She was a candidate on Bigg Boss 4 in 2010.

|In 2002, Prime TV invited Malik to host a show entitled Prime Gupshup to give them a new orientation to his actress talents and she improvised for an hour, sometimes imitating actors.Malik hosted Geo TV show Hum Sub Umeed Se Hain, for which she was acclaimed for her comic parodies. In 2007, she honored the Lux Style Awards' red carpet and was recognized as the most elegant celebrity on the carpet.
Malik was also part of the show finale. After her stay at Bigg Boss, she was mentioned in the media as the voice of liberal Muslims, including leading dailies, Daily Times , Express Tribune [and The Australian. Sabbah Hajim, from the Haji Amina Charity Trust of Jammu and Kashmir, wrote in Tehelka magazine that she compared her to the liberal rector of Darul Uloom Deoband.
