| Parvathy was crowned the inaugural Pantalaons Femina Miss India South 2008 at the Hyderabad International Convention Center in December 2007. Victory at the PFMIS 2008 competition earned her a direct entry into the ten finalists of Pantaloons Femina Miss India. Parvathy made his film debut with Bollywood United Six directed by Vishal Aryan Singh. She finally made her Tamil cinema debut in the 2012 Billa II gangster film , playing Jasmine which, according to her, was "the emotional quotient in David Billa's life" . In 2013, she was seen in her first malayalam movie KQ, in which she played a journalist, "a woman of today, strong and independent with her own values". In August 2013, Parvathy began shooting for the Hindi film Pizza, a remake of the same movie as Tamil 2012, produced by Bejoy Nambiar and UTV and directed by Akshay Akkineni. It was released on July 26, 2014, but did not work well at the box office. Tags:
