Career

After graduation, Kaur moved to Mumbai and worked as a printmaker. She began working as a stage actress in such plays as Baghdad Wedding (2012), All About Women and Red Sparrow, working with filmmakers such as Sunil Shanbag and Manav Kaul . Kaur made his film debut with a small role in an English film, One Night with the King (2006), shot in Rajasthan. The film was screened at the Cannes Film Festival for good reviews .Kaur caught the public's attention when she appeared in a Cadbury Silk advertisement. In 2014, Kaur played a supporting role in the fourth season of the American television series Homeland .he same year, she engaged to play with Rajkummar Rao in an untitled psychological drama directed by Saurabh Shukla.
