| Kawad Khan is a Pakistani actor, model and singer. Khan has received several awards, including a Filmfare Award, three Lux Style Awards and six Hum Awards.Khan began his acting career on television with sitcom Jutt and Bond. With the costars of the show, he formed an alternative rock band called Entity Paradigm and began his musical career as a lead singer and singer. The band reached the final of Pepsi's Battle of the Bands in 2002. In the beginning, Khan received general recognition for the band's debut album, Irtiqa (2003). After about 250 concerts, he left the group to pursue his film career. Khan made his film debut with a supporting role in the Shoaib Mansoor Khuda Kay Liye (2007), which is one of Pakistan's most lucrative films of all time. Khan was born in Karachi on November 29, 1981 in a Pathan family not speaking Pashto.His father was born in Patiala, British India and moved to Pakistan at a young age after the partition of 1947, while his mother's family hails from Lucknow in British India . When Khan was young, his father was in pharmaceutical sales, forcing the family to live abroad in Athens, Dubai, Riyadh and Manchester during the Gulf War. The family returned to Lahore when he was 13 years old.Since childhood, he has been a fan of Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor. He has two sisters, his elder sister Aliya is an architect by profession; while his younger sister, Sana, is a doctor. |

| Originally, two separate rock bands, Entity of Ahmed Ali Butt and Khan's Paradigm, were both active in Lahore between 1994 and 2000. In the early 2000s, the two groups collaborated on the title of the TV sitcom Jutt and Bond. Ali Butt. Their collaboration led to the formation of the new entity Entity Paradigm which merged the two groups.The newly formed group participated in the Battle of the Pepsi Bands in 2002 and went to the final of the show by losing it to the Aaroh group. Their first album, Irtiqa, was released in October 2003 and received a great critical appreciation, especially for its popular romantic piece "Rahguzar". The group was disbanded in 2007, but later, in 2010, met to participate in the third season of Coke Studio where they covered "Bolo Bolo" by Sajjad Ali. The same year, their song "Shor Macha" came out. Dawn ranked it among the most popular Pakistani songs of the year based on an online poll conducted by the newspaper.Khan was featured in his video directed by Bilal Lashari.us on his acting career. Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama described his performance as "strictly correct", while The Economic Times film critic Gaurav Malani found him "engaged" in the role of extremist.
