Shukla, worked as an entomologist at the Punjab Agricultural University in Ludhiana and his mother, Ms. Radha Shukla is a teacher at Guru Nanak Public School (Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana). He married the actress Rubina Dilaik on June 21, 2018.He graduated from Guru Nanak Public School (Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana) in 2000, and completed his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering and Communication from the Lala Lajpat Rai Institute of Engineering and Technology (Moga, Punjab) in 2004. | He was one of the 22 survivors of season 1 of Survivor India. He won immunity twice in a row (episode 19) and reached the last five, but was rejected in episode 21.
