Career
| Aahana Kumra, born and raised in Lucknow, had a predilection for theater since her childhood when she started playing in the theater. She graduated from Whistling Woods International School of Acting and began her career with commercials and short films, appearing in commercials for Garnier Fairness Cream, ICICI Bank, KFC, Reliance Internet and others. In 2013, Kumra was screened in the television series Yudh - a 20-episode show starring Amitabh Bachchan in which Kumra plays the central role of Bachchan's daughter. Later, she played in Agent Raghav - Crime Branch, a biweekly crime thriller, as the female chief agent Trisha Dewan against Sharad Kelkar. Kumra won the Best Actress Award at the Third Moida International Awards for her short film Siberia. She made her debut in Hindi feature film in Sona, Spain in 2013, and her first feature film Telugu in 2015 at Kudla Cafe. She hosted the Prokabbadi 2016 series. In 2017, Kumra had a lead role in the black comedy film Lipstick Under My Burkha as Leela. The following year, she interpreted the role of Priyanka Gandhi in the political biography The Accidental Prime Minister.
