Dubey was born on December 23, 1983 in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh and was raised in Delhi, India. His father, Sh. Gyan Prakash Dubey, is a civil engineer by qualification, and has worked in senior management with many real estate organizations in the Delhi / NCR region.
Dubey came to Mumbai from Delhi to study telecommunications engineering, but then began his modeling career.
Private life
Dubey went out with Sargun Mehta, his co-star of the soap opera Karol Bagh 12/24, The couple met on the set of the show. After the show ended, the couple started going out together. On February 5, 2013, Dubey offered to participate in the reality show Nach Baliye 5, where they were both competitors of the show. He married her on December 7, 2013. Dubey began his career as a model, and then began his acting career in 2006 with the lead role of Ravi Agarwal in the national television show Stree ... Teri Kahaani, which was produced by actors Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu. Later, he represented the small role of "Veer" in the soap opera Saoli One Doli Saja Ke. Subsequently, he appeared as Yahan's male leader Ke Hum Sikandar, where he played the role of Ravi.
Dubey has made up to 40 television commercials, including Reliance, TVS Victor, Marino, Gee Pee Mobile, Nestle, ICICI, Action Milano Shoes, Fairever, Santro and Water Kingdom.
In December 2008, Dubey replaced Vinay Rohrra for playing the lead role in Zee's Ranbir Rano. After the show ended, Dubey was screened in front of Sargun Mehta in the TV show Zee 12/24 Karol Bagh.
In October 2010, Dubey performed in front of Aishwarya Sakhuja for Sony Entertainment Television's romantic / dramatic show, Saas Bina Sasural, in which he starred in Tej Prakash Chaturvedi's male lead role.
