Life and family
Gautam Rode was born on August 14, 1977 in Delhi, India. Earlier, Rode and his family used to stay in New Delhi, but later they moved to Mumbai. Rode had to deal with many financial crises in Mumbai. Rode's father, Surendra Rode is a retired broker and his mother, Sangeeta Rode is a jewelry designer.
Rode also has an older sister, Rashmi. Rode was educated at the Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan in Delhi. He graduated from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. He is a fitness enthusiast and a vegetarian. [8] He currently remains in Kandivali, Mumbai. [9] He is married to his co-actress Pankhuri Awasthy, with whom he worked in Suryaputra Karn.
Career
Rode made his Indian TV debut with the Jahan Pyaar Mile show on Zee TV. In 2000, he played episodic roles in television shows such as Rishtey, Apna Apna Style and Thriller at age 10. In 2002, he made his debut in Bollywood with the movie Annarth with Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty and Preeti Jhangiani. He played the role of Inspector Sameer Deshmukh in this film. Taran Adarsh of Bollywood entertainment portal Hungama wrote of his performance, "Newcomer Gautam Rode has a good on-screen presence and impresses as an actor. He does very well in stunts." Annarth reported 23.4 million crores ($ 3.5 million) inside the country.
In 2005, he appeared in his second film U, Bomsi & Me alongside Sonal Sehgal and Vivek Madan. He played the role of Sam Mac Patel, a radio jockey who wants to be a writer and a famous. Koi Hai (2008), Simplly Sapney ( 2008), Rubi (2008) and Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na (2008). In 2009, Rode appears in the movie Agyaat alongside Nithin and Priyanka Kothari.
