Singh, who trained in Western classical music at the Rahman KM Conservatory in Chennai, made his Bollywood debut with Wat Wat Wat of Rahman. The song was part of Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone starrer 'Tamasha'. Prior to that, he worked with Rahman for his NAFS group and for his initiative with Shekhar Kapoor, Qyuki.
