Baahubali SS Rajamouli is a two-part epic, told through spectacular visuals and amazing special effects, including a 30-minute battle scene crossed with admirable precision.

However, beyond this, the film with a star cast of Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati offers just about everything. The film suffers in terms of continuity, because the production of the film took more than two years.

The plot is about two royal cousins ??raised by the mother of one - decides that the highest and noblest of them rule the kingdom of Mahishmati. The film often seems like a work of 1950 with men and women in bright costumes moving through the halls of magnificent buildings.

When one of the cousins, Amarendra Baahubali (Prabhas) is crowned king, a conspiracy of the court sees murdered. But this is of course for the rest of Baahubali planned after a year or two.

The special effects of the movie are spectacular and a real value add.

The first part begins with a desperate woman trying to save a boy like she is drowning in a swollen river and saw, fed by a tribe of forest. It grows up to be Shivadu, little realizing that he belongs to the nobility and her mother, Devasena (Anushka Shetty) is chained and imprisoned by his cousin, Palvaalthevan (Rana Daggubati), in the royal palace.

It is easy to guess what will follow. The rest of the story takes us on an adventure with Shivadu as he finally releases his mother - but not before indulging in a little romance with Avantika (Tamannaah wood as usual), part of a rebel who lives in a mountain hideout.

However, the chaste Tamil which is spoken in the film (a Telugu version of open simultaneously as well) and the plot rather complicated with too many characters may not appeal to modern multiplex crowd, addicted to simple stories, less complex.

Prabhas and Rana Daggubati play two cousins ??raised by the same woman.

Baahubali, despite its epic proportions - with a tendency to copy larger than life Hollywood heroic tales like Ben-Hur and Troy - fails on some level to draw us into the story. Even one of the first scenes of a huge statue erected with slaves who works in a very limited way to capture the attention of the public or in the mood for images of flying swords and falls blocks.
