When the King of Balakrishna Masses and sensitive director Krish teamed up for a film, many in the media and industry circles raised their eyebrows. But nobody knows that SS Rajamouli was one of them.
None other than Rajamouli admitted that he had first thought of Balakrishna's combination and Krish was "bad". However, Rajamouli is humble enough to admit his mistake and credited Krish to prove the opposite.
Rajamouli goes even further and enjoys praise on Krish for the delivery of a huge blockbuster despite having very little information in the story about Satakarni.
Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali? : Krish asks Rajamouli
When Rajamouli asked Krish how he managed to complete this historical epic in just 79 days, Krish retaliated with Rajamouli with another question, asking, "First tell me why Kattappa killed Baahubali? So I'll tell you how I can finish the movie in just 79 days. "
However, Krish argues and shares: "It was possible through good planning and also on a limited budget. Frankly, we did not have a budget if the film was delayed. The work would start at 6 am and could go until 11 pm.
Rajamouli's advice worked brilliantly for Krish
Strangely, Krish attributed part of it to SS Rajamouli as he said Rajamouli's advice helped him complete Satakarni in less time. "You told me to reduce the duration of the graphics and ask him to make the most of the live action, which worked for me with brilliance: I had divided my project into 4 parts - War with Nahapana (Shooting in Morocco) Hyd in one set), Fort Battle (shot in Georgia), other portions (shot in RFC Hyd, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh).
