Dharma Producer Lodges Complaint Against Tamannaah

Tamannaah was accused of meting on the treatment of step-motherly Dharma Durai.

A complaint was filed against Tamannaah with Chennai-based Nadigar Sangam, officially known as the South Indian Artists Association (NANS). RK Suresh, the producer recently released Tamil film Tamannaah Dharma Durai, has sought strict action for his "unprofessional conduct."

The complaint accused Suresh Tamannaah Meting of the treatment of step-motherly Dharma Durai. It would have raised the question of the participation of Tamannaah when promoting his next movie Devi.

Suresh says the 26-year-old actress was unavailable to promote her movie Dharma Durai, who was released in August
Tamannaah was in Chennai a few days ago to launch the audio of his highly anticipated film Devi. The film-director AL Vijay and Prabhu Deva Sonu Sood in tracks.
Suresh asked Nadigar Sangam to take strict action against Tamannaah not promote his own film. However, the actress is yet to respond to the allegations and he does not know if Nadigar Sangam has sought an explanation from him.
In general, the actors refuse to promote their films when they have problems with decision makers. This is particularly relevant in financial disputes.

Upcoming Dharma Durai, the film is written and directed by Seenu Ramaswamy Neerparavai of fame. The film has Tamannaah, Aishwarya Rajesh and Srushti Dange in the female leads. It opened to fairly positive reviews and proved to be an average grosser at the box office in Tamil Nadu.
